    Middle management really don't get it -diversity is more than a Team connection, it should be able to promote growth and opportunities for people that serve our community and have great pride to represent their affinity group - many associates work 10-20 hours monthly representing this company outside with great pride, unfortunately there hasn't been internal opportunities for people with strong business oriented but...
