I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company culture is mostly shaped by the managers of the team. I am very fortunate and extremely lucky to be under my manager who is genuinely caring to all of his employees personally and professionally. He is very straightforward with us and all of his expectations and always so supportive in achieving our goals. His attitude transferred over to my supervisor who also adopts the transparency, honest, supportive, and caring approach. The atmosphere is friendly and very supportive amongst everyone. We are allowed some leeway but work always get done and is the highest priority.

    Cons

Getting time approved can be tricky, but that's when communication is key. As long as the work gets done on time, then should be no problem in getting PTO approved.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

NOTHING good to say about this company

    Cons

I don't get surprised to see the bad news about this company as I have witnessed all the negativity. My manager used to work remotely and hire some very bad employees to keep eye on his employees. I was completely harassed, discriminated and insulted all the time. There was no appreciation for my work ever. There is a lot of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

save yourself before it is too late. Don't take your position for granted

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free food some times to eat

    Cons

I don't get surprised by the news because i have see how they work. This company h as some very dishonest managers working who abuse their contractors for very little pay. They make them work days and nights and refuse to pay over time. They harass them and treat them like their personnel servants. Too much racism , favoritism and discrimination exists. I was harassed by one employee but management didn't take any serious action.

    Advice to Management

Fix yourselves before it is too late.

    Pros

Great benefits, job security, many different locations, great technology/ systems, peer to peer support is great, long standing reputation/ brand recognition.

    Cons

Upper management disconnected with lower level team members, career development is a focus but not realistic in the way you are required to go about it, pay is not very competitive for some positions, expectations for anything are to the highest degree which is unrealistic at times.
