    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The benefits are good and the work is relatively easy. The hours are pretty standard Monday - Friday 9-6 with occasional Saturday work.

    Cons

    The pay was low and it is a little surprising to me how much of a sales role it is. I had some naive notion about banking not being driven by sales. I have been a credit union member my entire life and it was shocking to see how many fees are associated with Wells Fargo. So I was pushing a product I wouldn't use myself.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the pay. If it's going to be a sales driven environment then you should be paid as such.

    Pros

    The 4 week vacation that you can take, but your limited in taking 2 weeks at a time.

    Cons

    management is horrible, they do not teach you or show you how to do anyhting, they have you call a support number and have you figure everything out, they are not clear on what they want you to do.

    Advice to Management

    They need to screen the managers and make sure there doing there job.
