    Pros

Friendly and fun atmosphere. Family oriented.

    Cons

Bad benefits. Always cheating their employees out of there incentives. Always finding a way not to pay there employees what they are worth. Never organized. Too many different systems to find information on.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting people who don't do your job make decisions about how it should be done. Stop finding ways not to pay your employees. They work for it pay them.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great training, excellent back office support and competent, capable financial analysts at the home office provide a great source of information and a significant variety of financial products to suit the needs of a diverse client base.

    Cons

Corporate goals, values and ideals are not always aligned with the goals of a specific branch manager. Licensing in multiple states can be difficult during the initial phases of employment.

    This isn't a job, it's a lifestyle.
