I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo provides a great training program. The focus on customer service is a great way to develop interpersonal skills. You will quickly learn how to not take things personally.

    Cons

Income is no were near what is necessary for living in Southern California. There is too much focus on getting solutions. You can only get a decent bonus if you get people to get more accounts, credit cards, and loans/lines. Constantly reading about how much the company is earning is not helpful when an employee can barely make their minimum payments on bills.

    Advice to Management

Reduce the focus on solutions. Change the CE survey calculations. It would be better if we were graded on a scale rather than all 5s or nothing.
