I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and good pay. You get a good amount of PTO time as well. However none of this is worth how you will be treated.

    Cons

Horrible managers. Very egotistic environment. They don’t care about you personally. They only care about themselves. Worst manager experience in my life

    Advice to Management

Don’t hire managers just because of favoritism. Hire people who are actually qualified for the job.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits, vision and values, and their (renewed) company morals are incredible. Wells Fargo takes care of their employees, has great programs for about anything you can imagine, does tuition reimbursement, and promotes development of their employees.

    Cons

It's a huge corporation. Sometimes you get lost in the shuffle, since they have so many branches and departments. The public has a bad view on the company too because of the settlement, so be prepared for questions from customers/friends/family members.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Pay and vacation and great benefits

    Cons

The bad news media. Hurting the team members who did things right all along.

    Advice to Management

Continue to praise your team and make them feel valued and important.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits minus horrible medical insurance. Room for advancement if you can relocate.

    Cons

Childish atmosphere, make you fill out grown-up versions of coloring books and they waste tremendous resources and money on these programs. Branches are often run by immature 20 year olds who have no sense of how to run a business or manage people effectively. They are also micromanage everything and don't consider any common sense.

    Advice to Management

Stop wasting time with coloring books/work books, it's just plain stupid and a little complete waste of time and money. Make grown-up decisions about promotions. Experience, skills, reliability, things that matter. Stop micromanaging tellers and obsessing over button clicks and audit rehearsals. Wells Fargo problems are a direct result of upper management and board members and has zero to do with the teller line.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and good hours and good compensation. Once within the company career will go far so best of luck

    Cons

Mean customers at times but just be patient and think of all other great customers this will greatly outweigh the bad ones

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing a great job
