I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits (PTO, holidays, 401k, Stock purchase plan, medical & dental). You become very close to your coworkers & customers.

    Cons

Lots of favoritism in the branch. If you have an item in collection you cannot be promoted, Or if DM doesn’t seem you qualified they will just interview you for the sake of it knowing they are not hiring you. Hours usually consist of being there from 8am-6pm(no home life). Say they are not sales driven but still make you meet a goal but this time around we don’t get paid for it.

    Advice to Management

When an employee complains about management, maybe take it into consideration to look further into the problem. Be fair with scheduling & favoritism.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay. Benefits. Community. Equality. Wells Fargo is a well rounded company even though they have been subject to negative media lately they are making great strides towards a positive banking environment for both clients and employees alike.

    Cons

Scheduling. Seniority. Inconsistency. Management refers frequently to the term “grey area.” In my personal opinion there should be no grey area whilst working for such a large corporation. Seniority can be apart of every corporate American job but it should not negatively impact other team members
