    The benefits are amazing, great pay and PTO, training teaches you everything you need to know

    Cons

    You pretty much have to network to get promoted, very political

    Advice to Management

    Be more involved with tellers and new employees making sure they feel comfortable and supported

    Starting pay for entry level position; Benefits for part time employees

    Cons

    Retail Banking is poorly ran by incompetent management. Lower level team members are the reason why Wells Fargo is still in business.

    Advice to Management

    Promote people that are competent and has the drive to succeed and not because of "seniority." There are people that can do the job better than people that met minimum job requirements.

    Lack of management makes it very hard to work at this specific location. Lots or errors with staff members and no management to correct them.

    A lot of bad managers Too much pressure from upper management A lot of drama in every branch Customer experience goals are too high Promotions based on favoritism

    Stop pressuring branch and service managers to make us hit goals and not have overtime, etc.
