I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)
Their softwares and databases are amazing compared to other banks. The customers do Come and the products Arnt bad. 18 days pto plus holidays. Love my coworkers
So sales aggressive they don't care about the best interest of the customer but how many solutions they can milk out of customers. They also make us do so many steps which really get in the way of the customer experience. Horrrrible pay and little room to move locations or up. I feel extremely dispensable and they treat us as such. Constantly threaten everyone at my branch with write ups and being fired if we don't make numbers which at a slow branch like I am at is damn near impossible! also extremely high turn over in my district (customers comment on it all the time) and we also work 6 days a week every single week as a punishment for not making our goals.
Advice to Management
Stop being so focused on milking customers for every single solution and focus on doing what's best for the customer. If a customer is satisfied with their service they'll do everything with you. Treat your staff better. The people in the stores are the ones who drive the business those should be the people you ensure get treated the best. Also stop making us do a million unnecessary steps and making us say key drivers that sound so scripted and unnatural. And also pay us better. I am so tired of working 6 days a week every week. The company and the products Arnt bad but the management is horrible I would never recommend working here to anyone and in fact I feel my branch has gone so down hill and become so sales aggressive I want to close my accounts out myself. Make this a more pleasant place to work
