    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have really good benefits. And since it is in banking, there are a lot of paid holidays per year.

    Cons

Managers don't stand up for their employees. You have to pressure sell. They say they don't focus on the sales numbers, but that's a lie.

    Advice to Management

Treat you employees with a bit more respect. Give praise where praise is due.

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, decent benefits. Big on the customer experience and customer-centric

    Cons

Almost unachievable goals, stress from micromanaging, reports for everything.(There's probably a report documenting bathroom break frequency)

    Advice to Management

Lighten up on the troops on the ground, we're averaging $5b+ profit every quarter
