I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great company to grow within. If you are looking to be rewarded great place to work

    Cons

No work to life balance at all. Very time consuming even when it doesn’t have to be.

    Advice to Management

    Work to life balance.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Well-organized and great hours. Nice not to have to work nights.

    Cons

All they care about is numbers and sales. Your job gets threatened every morning in the huddle if your store doesn't do well. I had to go on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds to cope with the pressures of working for them, and I know I wasn't the only one.

    Advice to Management

This place wouldn't be as much of a revolving door if people didn't get yelled at and their jobs threatened on a daily basis.
