    Pros

The sells. And the fact that you could sit down all day.

    Cons

Manager would be too nosey. The store manager was rude. The service manager tried to be your friend but talked about you behind your back. It was very unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

Pick a good manager. That simple.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. Lots of potential to grow in certain markets. Respectable name in the community. With the failures of bank of america, Wells Fargo Bank is becoming bank of choice. Family environment at work.

    Cons

No checks and balances on management. Skills and degrees dont equal promotion. Very political when it comes to promotions. To move from a teller to a manager does happen, but not often and will take 8-10 years. Pay is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

Dont promote off merit, promote off of production. Get leaders as managers, not unqualified dictators without any checks or balances on them. Hold managers accountable.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Management was awesome and you couldn't ask for a better work environment

    Cons

Although you are looking for cons, I can't think of any. If you want a good job, try to get one with Wells.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing

    Pros

Decent work schedule. Salary is about right for position.

    Cons

Service Managers who like high education believe that they control everything and they do not have any real management skills that might have been taught in higher education. Sometimes can be very unprofessional. Relationship between employees and lead tellers, managers, and service managers definitely could use some improving. I believe that if you have not at least obtained your Bachelors degree, any management level opportunities should be reflected on your relationship with your employees. If you have a bad repor with a few employees you should not be granted the opportunity to interview.
