    Sales goals are gone, eventually coming back , if you want to grow within the company, you are going to get the opportunity

    Cons

    Working in retail/community banking is the worse , if you decide to work for Wells try for a corporate job , wealth management , advisors ,operations , anything besides retail

    I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible hours, great for part time if you are in school. Great work environment, culture, an management at my branch, coworkers get along well. Benefits are offered for part time.

    Cons

    Some branches are open late/weekends. Some room to move up but dependent on availability and ability to move locations.

    Pay, set hours & salary, Pto/sick/Vacation Hours Are Great, benefits, 401k up to 5% matched, multiple locations, not forced to make sales, very diverse as far as culture

    current employees have to interview to transferto another location for the same position already held.

    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 9 years

    Pros

    Pay and benefits. 16 weeks paid maternity at 100% if there dor 3 years and 65% if less. Paternity leave doe 1mth. Men can also receivw the 16weeks if they are the primary care giver. Great company.

    Cons

    Feels like school sometimes, with all the trainings l, coaching and micro-managing senior leadership forces us to do. Team members have to keep workbook which you have to review. Local leadership sucks

    Get rid of district managers
