    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Upward growth. Support from upper management. Great culture to work in. Fantastic training and resources available to you. Large client base. Country wide and able to live in different places and work for same company.

    Cons

Little pay. Bonuses are impossible because previous employees and managers inflated numbers and now goals are set too high. Most of the county is only hitting 90% to all goals across the board.

    Advice to Management

    More pay. Hit Mid point.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-financial stability, good benefits, pto, sick leave etc - if you're interesting in relocating you can find a place to work in nearly anywhere -clear expectations of your job requirements

    Cons

-INTENSE sales pressure, monthly, weekly, hourly -they WILL break all ethical rules when it comes to achieving numbers (sales), and expect the lowest ranking person to take the fall risk when/if they get caught -all boys club. unless you are ruthless about your career goals/ambitions, you will most likely not get promoted as fast or with as much money and enthusiasm as the men.
