    Good benefits, good people, Lots of PTO, every day is a challenge

    Cons

    Worked moved to India, quantity over quality emphasized, low merit increases which wiped out incentive to work harder once you maxed out the pay in your range.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management easily fooled by people who talk a good game but get nothing done. Line managers more aware of the hard workers, but too much was put on them to allow them time to develop people.

    Pros

    Wells Fargo has excellent benefits, culture, diversity, values, and training. The Wells Fargo company has been in business for over 150 years. The casual dress code was an added bonus to the call center environment, as well as having my own desk. At my location, the Stagecoach Cafe was convenient.

    Cons

    The downside to employment with Wells Fargo is occasional mandatory overtime that can last for months at a time. The call center environment can be challenging at times. You are confined to your desk for long periods of time, with no breaks between calls.

    Advice to Management

    The advice I have for management is continue to allow the voluntary time off option. The high stress of a call center environment needs to have that option available.

    It has family environment, benefits and perks to the job. There was plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company

    You have to be prepared for high volume of work and sometimes mandatory overtime
