I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They offer decent time off even for new hires. Good HSA plan. They put importance on individual development, teamwork, and ethics. All of the managers in my area support my cross training and job shadowing. Plenty of free training on their learning portal.

    Cons

The red tape that comes with banking regulation can be a challenge, but isn't really a bad thing. I don't have any other items in the cons.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Stable, disciplined company that offers many opportunities due to its size.

    Cons

Like too many large companies there seemed to be far too many people working to justify their positions rather than working to advance the company. This led to a lot of micro management and resistance to change.

    Advice to Management

Just because investors are happy with the current state does not mean that change should be avoided.
