    Great benefits, supportive work environment with a lot of internal resources available to assist you in your development.

    Cons

    Pay is subpar, easily pigeonholed within a given role, it is difficult to advance in your career unless you leave Wells Fargo and then come back in.

    Competitive job wage and incentive. Company itself is good to work for and have opportunities to change your career path when you want to.

    Cons

    Company is so large that when upper management makes a change they do not understand how it impacts the employees doing the work.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention and actually listen to your employee's. They are becoming burnt out with all the changes and not receiving the acknowledgement they feel the want or need.

    I love this company's management style. Lots of coaching and be able to build interpersonal skills.

    Metrics are very hard to achieve depending on the location you work.

    it is a good working place. it has a lot of perks of working there. i like people. people are cool. cool is people

    its not cool sometimes it smells but a lot of times it does not. it is in a cool city actually the best city in all of america

    Advice to Management

    your cool you should pay me a lot more. like 50 billion dollars a year just to sit there. that would be a pretty cool job if you as me
