Work life balance, most employees are friendly, positive benefits, great in-branch management
Upper management (district and area) is disconnected from what's happening in stores, lots of pressure to meet sales goals which can lead to some gray areas
Advice to Management
Trust your branch managers to lead the team, don't overly micro-manage the stores, utilize your assets to lead
