I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Training teacher was very nice and helpful the class was nice really enjoyed meeting new people also the manager was nice

    Cons

The service manager was not very flexible with my kids schedule also they were not working to help me with the timings I needed made me feel like I didn't really belong at the branch

    Advice to Management

You need to treat your new employees with respect and teach the service manager to help them and also not lie to them that you will work around their schedule and then suddenly change your words

    Pros

Big name.....well known company. Nationwide company in scope. Full financial services organization. Many people are inclineed to believe bigger is better.

    Cons

Dehumanizing and unfullfilling professional experience especially when merging with or absorbing another company (Wachovia). One is truly just a cog in the machine at Wells Fargo.

    Advice to Management

Break up the company.................too big to manage or maneuver. Cease flattening of the organization so that the cream has somewhere to go.
