    Pros

    Great benefits, and workplace accommodations.

    Cons

Workplace conflict, development, and getting to know employees individually seems to be lacking from upper management. Priorities are not in the right place. This particular position has no meaning to this company anymore, making it challenging to feel validated in your role.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your team and developing them, and lead by example.

    Pros

Wells Fargo is a great company. The benefits are good, you learn a lot about banking, specifically about how Wells Fargo works.

    Cons

Very very stressful. Numbers and quotas are the name of the game. If your making them than all is well, if you're not than that is a whole another ballgame.

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Its a good company, worked there for 7 1/2 years and went through up and downs, but the people that I worked with were mostly wonderful, when I mean people I mean co-workers . Pay is competitive and benefits are excellent, overall I was satisfied with my time there financially speaking.

    Cons

Management and leadership is out of touch, they have been there forever and they do not seem to care about the workers, they have a different view, they always look at your from their perspective, never from your shoes, if they were to take calls from customers for a single day they would probably quit.

    Advice to Management

Start focusing on your employees, treat them right, understand what they go through, especially since they are your first line of contact with your customers.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

World class learning and development, inspirational vision and values

    Cons

Executive leadership is disconnected from the day-to-day operations, rewards systems do not support the vision and values and encourage bad behavior

    Advice to Management

Talk to people on the ground floor more often. Stop taking advice from Gallup and other big consulting firms - build relationships with your people.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's pretty standard mortgage processing. but the level of management support is unparalleled. There are staff members that focus on smaller tasks so the HLP can focus on customers and larger tasks. Lots of PTO and good 401k.

    Cons

The system has many malfunctions. Loan officers are very often disengaged so it makes for the appearance of a disjointed process. Part of the compensation package is tied to things that the processor does not always control.

    Advice to Management

Provide more transparency between positions so that each can fully understand the function of the other. Provide a compensation plan that is specific to the performance of the role and independent from other factors beyond their control.

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get recognized for the work you do. Managers I had kept giving me constructive feedbacks to make me better. Team members and managers supported me all the time

    Cons

Since there are no more sales goals, at least for tellers, there isn't much of a competition left
