    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)


    The company has more "lines of business" than any other bank which allows it to have so many different roles and career choices inside the company.

    They spend money on tools to assist in sales, like questionnaires that lead customers to close themselves

    Payouts for bonus are very obtainable.


    Understaffed retail branch locations contribute to a lackluster opinion by customers and makes it hard to focus on objectives and sales goals because of so much servicing.

    Advice to Management

    Responsibility really falls on the shoulders of people in much higher positions. The Area Presidents are pushed for impossible numbers for their area, which they in turn push the District Managers for the same impossibilities in their districts, who in turn pressure the individual Store Managers who essentially threaten the Bankers.
    So much so that no one seems truly happy and everyone wants to move into other roles.
