I worked at Wells Fargo part-time

    Pros

Bank hours are super convienient. Pay is decent for a monotonous job. Paid vacation and paid holidays.

    Cons

You will be micromanaged for sales of products. The store manager focuses too much on the products and good customer service is lost along the way.

    Advice to Management

Store manager was a little creepy along with the bankers. There has to be a line you can't cross when managing employees.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible position many resources to grow and develop awareness to the financial world around you. Pretty extensive training when you start, laid back atmosphere with a lot of growth potential.

    Cons

Goals become somewhat aggressive, success really depends on branch location and demographics. Upper management a bit unapproachable. 6 day work week.

    Advice to Management

More attention to development plans with a clear path created to encourage growth. District manager seems to be very stressed out at times, possibly from corporate pressure above.
