    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Compensation, benefits, exposure to a high volume of clients. Good place to learn the nuts and bolts of banking and high level corporate finance.

    Cons

Little or no M&A executed by this firm. Investment bank is just a check in the box for Wells Fargo and a small part of the overall revenue. Therefore, there is a lack of focus and clear strategy on winning M&A mandates. Without M&A experience it is near impossible to break into solid buy side roles.

    Advice to Management

    Do more M&A.
