    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay. good benefits, enough time off, a lot of opportunity to learn, great experience.

    Cons

Micromanagement. the sales are the main focus. Some people get promoted without the right qualifications for the job.

    Advice to Management

Talent retention is huge!! if someone says that they want to do something in the company they should be supported to reach their goals. A satisfied employee will always be more productive than someone that is not fully engaged on their current role.

    Pros

If you get a great manager your golden! The incentives are easy to meet. The company recently made bonuses a little easier to achieve.

    Cons

If you get a difficult manager they will make your life hell. Although the company made the bonuses easier to achieve they also decreased the payouts.

    Pros

Decent pay, good hours, off holidays, good benefits.

    Cons

Unreachable goals, no support team, terrible commission structure, many unhappy employees. The goals are set for how banking used to me. They have you promote online banking, but expect you to have foot traffic in the bank. No one comes in the bank anymore!

    Advice to Management

Support your team, do not just worry about your bonuses, help your employees reach theirs too.
