    the benefits are great. the management is working to fix the negative image from 2 years ago. salary is competitive for the industry

    Cons

    with out the sales goals can get complacent. also customer's are still using the fake account from 2016 to throw in our face anytime they get upset.

    Great co workers with an opportunity to develop.

    Cons

    Senior manager do not take responsibility and blame it issues on district and branch management. The company no longer has an identity and does not seem to care about its people.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your team, and understand they are looking to do a good job so it’s important that they are recognized.

    Every employee pays a big price for the Wells Fargo scandals

    Advice to Management

    Make mid management accountable to upper management. Make an effort to reduce the red tape that affects customer loyalty. Start acting like a business rather than a government agency.

    Little care for employees as individuals
    No room for advancement unless you're friends with the District Manager

    Equal opportunities for ALL employees, not just ones the management becomes friends with

    Great benefits, if you are a college student they do tuition reimbursement, they have dental, eye, and health insurance that they offer.

    Cons

    I haven’t started my training and working yet but I️ personally don not think that there will be any cons.

    PTO, benefits Not sales quotas 401k , financial advisor free, employee discount. Holidays paid , team work. Good free savings acct.

    Cons

    No space to grow up in the company'. Don't pay good bonus. Not opportunity to transfer. The paid is avarage , customer always before the employee.
