I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, ability to work from home (depending on business line), good opportunity to advance, lots of different areas to explore, great culture!

    Cons

Middle managers not the best, they tend to promote people that aren't the best and it's hard to get rid of bad employees. Benefits used to be better.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating workers like they are always trying to get over on management by creating more and more rules.
    Upgrade software.
Top performing years yet only 1% 401k annual bonus when history justifies 3%
    Medical benefits too expensive

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and I have been lucky to have several excellent managers. Some managers in the past were not the best but I survived it!

    Cons

Personal growth is limited and so is training. That said, it really does depend on your manager and if that person is willing to give you the opportunity to learn and growth.
