I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Managers are intelligent, easygoing, and resourceful. Has more time for training than in a law firm. The staff is helpful, and intelligent. Team building is strong, even circumstantially so. Room for growth. Plenty of opportunities for promotion. Exposure to very specific types of legal work.

    Cons

Some sections have their own values, based on various cultural shifts. The more senior a person is, the less adaptable seem to be.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good benefits, ability to work from home (depending on business line), good opportunity to advance, lots of different areas to explore, great culture!

    Cons

Middle managers not the best, they tend to promote people that aren't the best and it's hard to get rid of bad employees. Benefits used to be better.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits and I have been lucky to have several excellent managers. Some managers in the past were not the best but I survived it!

    Cons

Personal growth is limited and so is training. That said, it really does depend on your manager and if that person is willing to give you the opportunity to learn and growth.
