    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The company itself was fine--The Private Bank division is another story. So many different things to do that every day goes by quite fast and it is not boring. You build great relationships with clients as you get to know them very well. Great resources to assist clients. Nice celebratory events and short work days before a holiday.

    Cons

The manager makes a difference!! They make or break the office environment and culture. Associates are treated as second class citizens compared to "producers" meaning bankers. Definitely an elitist mentality compared to the rest of the company.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The benefits the company offers is ok. It use to be lower prices 2 yrs ago but now it has increases. There vacation days where fair but you would have to fight to get a day off. There discounts with cellphone companies where pretty good.

    Cons

The Challenges of working at Wells Fargo is the sales part. I know all positions at Wells Fargo is sales but they cross the line with high sales goals. It is very stressful.

    Pros

Good solid company. The company is a very good company to work for. The benefits are stellar. The medical is great. You pay very little.

    Cons

You're only as good as your last deal but in sales you are only as good as your last sale. The company should think twice before laying off so quickly..
