I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

*Paid time off right off the bat
    *Growth within the company
*Fun work environment (at least at the Branch I worked at)
    *Great benefits and 401k

    Cons

*Saturdays are almost mandatory besides requesting them off or having vacation during that week.
*Policies and procedures are pretty strict so it makes helping the customers kinda of tasking and can lead to some conflict.
*Could spend up to at least an hour after closing balancing and finishing the day

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Location of my office is wonderful!

    Cons

VOLUME. The volume of work is completely unmanageable.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people at the bottom of the totum pole as that is where all the work apparently is. Furthermore, do not call two hour meeting to stand in front of the entire office trying to justify why more people will not be hired based on inaccurate, computerized reports.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A support position that is non customer facing in a casual business atmosphere.

    Cons

Position duties are always increasing without pay adjustment. Increased expectations should warrant and reflect in annual increase.

    Advice to Management

As the worker bees of the group, we regularly feel over worked and under appreciated.

Great pay for interns - far higher than anywhere else

    Cons

    Upper management too old fashioned
    Management is usually long distance
Philly office has no space so new hires are stuck without desk/cubicle
