I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Wells Fargo treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

    Cons

The only cons involved in working for Wells Fargo involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

    Advice to Management

Most always do, but make sure to say good morning to each and every one of your team members! It really makes a difference and makes being at work feel like being home!

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

I loved working here staff is very friendly. Pay and benefits are excellent. The job is easy to conduct and requirements and regulations are easy to follow. Schedule stays the same without change unless you request it.

    Cons

I had asked to change my schedule a couple of times due to a violent situation I was trying to avoid and was denied. I had mentioned to a couple management members for help or other options and wasn’t given any.

    Advice to Management

Please listen to your reps. If they mention they are in a difficult situation believe them and try to help out. I had to leave my job because I felt it was my only way.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

Pay is competitive to others in the local community.

    Cons

Poor Standards of Ethics, very stressful work environment.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a major shift in corporate values to make this company a great place to work.

I worked at Wells Fargo for more than a year

    Pros

Good starting pay at least for me. Very positive environment through teamwork.

    Cons

Micromanagement Rude customers that you try all you can to please but can never satisfy. And sometimes it gets to the point you have to escalate it. And you can get in trouble for that. Unrealistic expectations.

    Cons

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

10x4 shifts Working for a bank Casual dress code

    Cons

Micromanage to its finest! At the time i was there, we had numbers to meet. Out of every 4 calls, you had to refer a product or service. Out of every 10 calls, you had to have one warm transfer to sales dept. if you’re not meeting your numbers by the hour, they will have someone sit with you and listen how you’re taking calls. This can be very uncomfortable and adds a lot of pressure. At the time it was their way of coaching....
