I have been working at Wells Fargo (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Benefits *if you are willing to sell your soul"
Feedback galore (only way to learn)

    Cons

-Gossipy and family like crew already developed
-Being drawn into the drama if you wanna be involved and have "nice" work relationships
-Little care for rules, regulations and NATIONAL laws....as long as the job gets done and you are sending people to talk about products with the Banker
    -Negative attitudes
-Incorrect lessons on how to cross-sell and then get yelled at when you don't do it correctly
    - Cheesy ending scripts that the customers view as fake and annoying

    Advice to Management

Hire people to train the newbies who WILL follow rules, regulations and NATIONAL LAW, cuz you are just teaching your trainees on how to cheat

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Looks good on a resume
    Lots of bonus potential
Big company has a lot of advancement potential
Lots of jobs to be promoted to if you can perform

    Cons

Sales is purely number driven there is very little attention paid to sales quality. Be prepared to be stressed out by the sales environment. Products are arbitrary and provide little value to customers.

    Advice to Management

Incentives drive performance so if no one cares about anything other than the numbers then prepare for only the numbers results. Focus more on customer experience rather than numbers.
