I have been working at Wells Fargo for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits and a good place to get experience if your first starting off in the banking industry to gain experience. The pay was okay, but the yearly reviews are a joke. I would receive .03% raise after busting my behind for a year.

    Cons

Hard to move up since there are tons of employees at Wells Fargo, many whom have vast amounts of years of experience on you. The only way to move up is stay there for along time and hope to get promoted or know someone (since company politics is widely prevalent).

I have been working at Wells Fargo for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible schedule, relaxed workload, reasonably low pressure environment as long as you have average communication skills

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Talent retention is going to be hard with the lower than competitive salaries, however if you identify winners and keep them early, they will be less likely to start looking elsewhere and might help slow the retention problem.

They didn't have a HR rep in the building so it was tough for them to see what was really going on in person. Discrimination from management occurred and raised to HR however no action was taken. A manager made her team complete a test on financial products but...

    Advice to Management

If managers have direct reports, they must be required to go through intense management training. HR should be onsite and hands on.
