    Pros

Great team to work with. People are nice to you. The atmosphere and culture is a great place to be around companies to other companies you work for you

    Cons

Seems when you apply for another job, they don't give you more than a $2 raise or more than 9% of what you currently make.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of PTO. 18 days to start, 23 days after 3 years.

    Cons

Hard to move up within the company, they won't consider you as much for a job if it's going to be a 20% increase to your pay and there's someone else who wouldn't get as much an increase in salary. Also, one of the lowest paying banks.
