    Negative Outlook

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Wells provided good medical benefits and multiple options for career growth.

    Cons

Many of the managers are not prepared for their positions and display opposition to those that are more qualified - and use their title as a weapon and are not open to listening to team members that actually perform the work.

    Advice to Management

Require all managers to perform the job of line team members at least 8 hours per quarter.
