    Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and learning if you take the initiative. Work/Life balance is excellent.

    Cons

Managers are not held accountable for aiding their team members' careers. The company could do more to walk the talk of "our employees are our most important assets".

    Advice to Management

Management culture is resistant to change.

I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with. Very casual work environment.

    Cons

Contractors can only work for max of 18 months then 6 months off before returning.

    Advice to Management

Re-evaluate the 18 month deal…. To many good people leaving!
