    Pros

Plenty of opportunities for growth and development Numerous areas for employment Technology up to speed unlike some other banks

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

None. Five words is a lot to ask when the company is so horrendous.

    Cons

After 10+ years of loyalty Wells Fargo doesn't care to do an exit interview when I requested one. I also reported blatant retaliation and nothing was done. Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't take crebof their employees.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people that's why anyone that is a quality worker leaves.

There were really no cons to work with Wells Fargo. If I had anything to say its maybe that the pay could be a little better for Personal Bankers.

    Advice to Management

None. They are great about encouraging the team.
