I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture here is phenomenal. The message is all about how the people make the difference and the company is very focused on developing employees. The routines set in place to reinforce the behaviors are phenomenal. Resources available to leaders for improving coaching style are endless! They have even taken external leadership theories and incorporated those into the resources and training available. Highly... engaged and talented people work here, making it a great place to network and grow.

    Cons

Some systems are a bit antiquated, but to be honest I’d prefer that over flashy stuff that glitches out all the time. Time off is not very competitive, and it doesn’t increase with positions that have more responsibility, it only increases with years worked at the company. No fully comprehensive health plan, but they do offer a company funded HSA with one of the plans.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-They have a very in-depth training program, you basically learn everything you need to know within their training. -There is a lot of room for growth within the company -You have a plethora of resources available to use (even as a teller) -They have a corporate library (which is pretty cool to use) -Potential to develop close relationships with coworkers.

    Cons

-Because the company has had some bad fame within the past couple of years, you may often get angry customers who scream at you for no reason other than to claim they hate Wells Fargo (even though they continue to have their accounts with Wells)

  5. "Good company with possibilities as long as you manage your career"

    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Decent salaries, good advancement, minimum benefits, minimum health benefits, but good possibilities

    Cons

You need to know the company very well and understand that they do not promote, you must seek better jobs

    Advice to Management

Need to understand the skill sets you employ. You waste so much potential by ignoring this simple task. Your management is too self focused to see you have much more internal wealth of great assets in skilled people

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Benefits; PTO, 401k plan, health insurance, dental, vision. No sales goals

    Cons

Pay is very low, Incentive program is a mess. Bankers in other financial institutions get paid much more They expect us to get “loan volume” and “growth” but our incentive is a joke.

    Advice to Management

In order to have retention of bankers, pay better. Everyone leaves because pay sucks and every other bank pays much more.
