I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

    Cons

The only cons involved in working for Wells Fargo involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

    Advice to Management

Most always do, but make sure to say good morning to each and every one of your team members! It really makes a difference and makes being at work feel like being home!

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wells Fargo is a great company that offers the ability for growth for its performing team members. You are rewarded by the incentive plan if you are doing a great job!

    Cons

With the now "No Sales goals culture" it is limiting the opportunity for advancement and limited recognition during this time of change.

    Advice to Management

Continue to ensure even though there is limited growth that recognition continues. There are still a lot of team members that really appreciate the recognition!

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have had the opportunity to reinvent myself over and over at Wells. I started as a teller.

We stay true to our vision and values. We don't waiver in Wealth Management the clients experience is first and foremost important.

    Cons

As we keep up with client facing technology or internal technology could use improvement. Particularly around transparency of client information. And keeping in line with regulations .
