    good place to work. Made a few friends. great way to get your foot into the bank industry

    Cons

    It was a bad year to work for this company. With all of the scandals and lay-offs. You never knew when you were next. WF have been trying to reshape their image to the public but doesn't look like its working.

    Advice to Management

    NO complaints, My Manager was very supportive and a great team leader

    At WFA in the securities side as long as you worked hard at client satisfaction and broker backup you were respected for your efforts.

    Cons

    The many deadlines and security industry policies required strict adherence so a bit stressful.

    So far, I have had a great experience at Wells Fargo! The pay and benefits are the reason why I stay. Wells Fargo is a great company who truly gives back to the community.
