    Lots of different projects; which allow you to get different experiences

    Cons

    Sr. Leadership is sometimes misinformed as to the length and scope of a project. Red tape/internal processes slow things down and make employees inefficient

    Advice to Management

    Revisit internal process; streamline management communications

    Pros

    Fast based work environment, career structure, learning development is key objective for every team member. Hard work = job promotion opportunities. Team member benefits; medical, FMLA, 401k matching benefits, financial literacy, community giving company, volunteer hours.

    Cons

    Such a large company smaller scaled issues like, language appreciation and corporation public negativity can harm team member's mood and perspective on the company. Certain districts fall into the popularity contests.

    Advice to Management

    Take into consideration, that the retail team members see the blunt of the general public and have to deal with most of negativity. Try not to play favorites, or fall into politic plans.
