    Education, Benefits, Compensation, Training, Career

    Cons

    Micromanagement, Schedules, Staffing, Disorganized, Dysfunctional

    Advice to Management

People work better when they are not micromanaged and when you are hiring people for a specific job hire the most qualified, if you don't and you hire people you know and people who are you friends you are not being fair in terms of diversity and inclusion. When people can't do their jobs do the rest of the branch a favor and remove them from the organization as it puts extra workload on those that are do a lot for the company.
