I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, health, vision, dental and life insurance. Also short and long term disability. Legal insurance. If you have a good manager life is so easy and as long as you do what you are supposed to do you will have no problem.

    Cons

In almost 6 years I have worked under 6 different managers, 2 of them were fired. Every time you have a new manager you have to start all over by proving yourself to the new manager to get promoted.
Hard to get out of retail banking once you are there and if you do well, they’ll milk you.
Sometimes, some of the employees have no common sense, makes you wonder how they got hired
Low bonuses and your bonus depends on the overall preference of the team, so if %90 of the team does well and the %10 doesn’t then everyone’s pay takes a hit

    Advice to Management

Happy employees means happy clients. Keep your employees happy and you won’t even have to manage the branch or the department will run on its own

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Nice PTO policy and 401k match. Able to work 100% remotely. Many really knowledgeable, hard-working, fun, and experienced people.

    Cons

Long-term effects of legal issues with past sales practices still casts a shadow on morale. Multiple re-organizations within short time.

    Advice to Management

    Cut down on re-orgaizations.
