I worked at Wells Fargo part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good for learning entry level soft skills.

    Cons

Very toxic work environment, poor leadership, poor communication, there is no opportunities for growth, unmotivating environment, highly stressful, unhealthy work environment. I worked full time hours but got treated as a part time employee, we were under staffed for a very long time. I had to work over time to cover for other employees who went on family leave. When I requested a day off my manager declined and rudely and unprofessionally informed me I have no right to make a request to make any alterations to the schedule.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay range is decent, opportunities for promotion are always available, great supervisors

    Cons

Rarely any support on the floor, schedule changes almost impossible to get, so personally think the salary should be higher for the work that is required to do

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Dept allowed me to choose my shift -Tons of time off and 4 month maternity and 3 month paternity leave

    Cons

-No room for advancement. Dept leaders do not allow you to move to another dept and you do not make enough money to justify staying -EXTREME pressure for quality and quantity on production. You stare at three computer screens all day and have to track every time you walk to the bathroom, eat, speak to a friend for a moment, send an email... The most micromanaged I've been in my entire life.
