    Pros

Getting paid every week and always work to be done

    Cons

They show favoritism to people they've known longer. The longer you've been there the less work you have to do while they put all the work on newcomers.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

colleagues were fun group, work was interesting.

    Cons

Manager had bipolar tendencies; we never knew what kind of mood she would be in from one day to the next. Training was nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

Why give coaching surveys? The manager figures out who gave criticism, whether constructive or not, and takes it out on entire dept. Our manager is sweet when St Louis upper managers come to town, but other times she’s just cantankerous. She is intimidating & causes much stress among the ranks.
