I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. Room for advancement if you apply yourself.

    Cons

Very hard to get time off, even if requested in advance, they would always change the hours off up to last minute, never knowing if PTO was approved or not. Not customer service oriented, goal was to take as many calls as possible regardless of quality of service.

Customer facing, any difficulty you'd expect from a conventional retail style position. Personally experienced some difficulty with upward mobility despite qualifications
