    Not always having job security
    Currently has a bad reputation in media

    I don't have any specific advice because all of my management has been really understanding and supportive of me. They support my goals to go to school and just expect me to do my job.

    Fast paced, always re-inventing ~ a rewarding place to work. Stable company with 170+ years of history.

    Cons

    Q4, 2016 account opening practices resulted in government and media scrutiny; causing the company to move to cost-saving mode in the midst of a re-engineering effort.

    Continue down the "building better" path for customers, team members and shareholders

    this company puts their money their first priority, then comes the customers and finally their employees. Great experience but glad I am out of there

    Has good intentions, easy to move up if you have a good manager.

    Their sales goals were ridiculous hence WF being sued
