    Well balanced work-life goals, good benefits; good place if you are a good time management employee.

    Cons

    below average salary positions, not very career growth supportive, lack imagination, industry reputation is severely tarnished, do not support outside sales positions well, lack innovation, management struggles to understand what it truly takes to be successful in sales positions and therefore do not provide enough support.

    Advice to Management

    Innovate, be more supportive of sales goals, create a better team environment, pay sales positions better, provide better tools to do the job and look at other successful companies for ideas on ways to help staff achieve goals.

    I don't have any specific advice because all of my management has been really understanding and supportive of me. They support my goals to go to school and just expect me to do my job.

    Fast paced, always re-inventing ~ a rewarding place to work. Stable company with 170+ years of history.

    Cons

    Q4, 2016 account opening practices resulted in government and media scrutiny; causing the company to move to cost-saving mode in the midst of a re-engineering effort.

    Continue down the "building better" path for customers, team members and shareholders

    this company puts their money their first priority, then comes the customers and finally their employees. Great experience but glad I am out of there
