    Pros

As a college student, the various shifts available allowed me to have flexibility in working different hours depending on my school schedule.

    Cons

At times there were too many tellers in the pool and I couldn’t work as many hours as I wanted.

I have been working at Wells Fargo (More than a year)

    Pros

You get good amount of PTO along with floating holidays and personal days. They encourage volunteering so you get 16 hours to volunteer where ever you would like.

    Cons

Stuck on then phone all day and that can be very stressful. Favorites seem to get time off phones and they are more likely chosen for promotions.

    Advice to Management

Provide more time for development training.

    Pros

Pretty cool co-workers. I made several friendships.

    Cons

Abusive customers. As a phone rep, you are powerless to control the call volume or waiting time of the customer, and they take out their frustration on you.

    Advice to Management

Be more supportive and understanding. Stop with the patronizing awards. Just be human and try your best to care.
