I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great leadership and growth opportunities are you make your way through the company - competitive compensation and benefits many locations around us

    Cons

often low man on totem pole until you have an advocate that has some power and authority with out that helping hand often tie you are stuck in the same position - lack of vision and leadership at retail branches - many times messages of why gets lost in translation and focus becomes sales numbers and goals

    Advice to Management

reach your message further than store managers - retail team embers often miss out on the why and becomes very frustrated on a daily basis chasing after goals they don't understand
