    Pros

    Benefits, work/ life balance, pay,

    Cons

some area managers only care about numbers and not about the individual. Not enough support for new hires other than a quick 4 day training.

    Advice to Management

Add more team member support from Area Managers on down. Stop concentrating on numbers only it is a relationship building job.

Far from where I used to live originally, i really dont have anything bad to say about wells fargo sorry

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo is a huge company. More business lines than you can count with all your fingers and toes. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement. benefits and pay are competitive

    Cons

Well, Wells Fargo is a huge company. Change can be a cumbersome process and the corporate double-think one might expect from a company with over 200 thousand employees does rear it's head from time to time.

The biggest "Con" is the industry its self can be volatile. entire teams, or even departments can disappear at the whims of the market.

    Advice to Management

The "all 5's" culture is profoundly stupid. it does not do anyone any good. It hurts employees and managers who depend on those ratings, and it has to hurt upper management and QA by guaranteeing survey results are inaccurate.
