I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great PTO package, bonuses based on customer surveys, easy and consistent job

    Cons

Movement is slow, not much support if you want to develop outside of the Retail Bank, pay isn't too good and raises are non-existent unless you're being promoted, WF is definitely a "work HARDER not SMARTER" company - doesn't value education - they make you start from the bottom and work your way up regardless your experience or education

    Advice to Management

Start developing employees as soon as they start, acknowledge degrees and previous experience

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Helping people who needed it

    Cons

Having 2 members of upper management sit on either side of you while you try to work with customers, only to call you into the office after customer to rip you apart. All this after calling the ethics line on management's integrity and sales practices. BTW I was second in the state in my position after 3 months, so this was not because of my failure to perform.

    Advice to Management

Too many things to say here....
