    Pros

Benefits, wells Fargo is dedicated to employees and customers. So much growth !

    Cons

Low level management can be jerks and snakes. But higher level management is amazing. But HR is there to listen ! Depends on your manager at the branch and bankers available, you might or might not have any saturdays off for months at a time.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I met wonderful customers and the workers were amazing.

    Cons

50 hours 6 days a week open to hour or 2 after close. Absolutely no sitting down unless you're on your 30 min lunch. Other tellers were always getting into my conversations with my customers while they were busy with their own. When team leads didn't know what they were doing and messed up they'd fine a way to blame you in front of a customer.
