I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    401k matching - 6%
    Paid holidays
Generous PTO that grows with tenure
Career paths for growth - you can get a good idea regarding which way you want to go.

    Cons

The most recent news regarding the illegal sales. It definitely put a damper on the overall outlook of the company to consumers.

Difficult management with antiquated management style. A lot of young kids in roles they do not know how to handle.
Monotonous work day in day out.

Overall a decent paying job but this is definitely not a career.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on customer service and keeping your employees happy. They are after all the bread and butter of your company.

Be fair in pay and compensation for sales.
