    Working with smart, hard working people who want to serve their customers and their community. Job security working for a well run company that values its team members.

    Cons

    Working for a large organization can have its share of red tape, but it is necessary to make sure that all aspects of the work we do are considered from the customer perspective as well as regulatory and legal aspects.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to keep an open dialogue with the team. Bring issues up before they are bubble up.

    Pros

    Complete Underwriting training and focus on both credit and relationship development within the Corporate Bank.
    Team oriented environment and very focused on talent development
    Locations across the country

    Cons

    Hard job to get. Have to be a finance or accounting major or a top candidate out of college.
    Development involves a lot of practice underwriting. Might seem mundane but great for getting lots of complete talents in Finance

    Advice to Management

    Cultivate talent earlier. Get into schools across the country and recruit more heavily out of Ivies/Stanford/Michigan.
