    Pros

Team members very helpful and friendly.

    Cons

Paid very low - can't live on 1 or 2% Increase
Some Mgrs definitely should not be Mgrs - don't even respond if u need help- basically try your best to figure issue out on your own following co. Policis and guidelines

    Advice to Management

Check your Managers and higher-up Mgmt skills and their "people skills" they need to become more human and realize its team effort to mske things happen.

I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

No need to work at all!!!!!!

    Cons

I was on a consulting job here for 19 months. They exclusively hire incompetents. They are in love with them and hire them full time. You cannot get a system administrator to create an ID for you within 2 months. Their entire database is made of notepads and excel sheets. Your work never gets appreciated and the only thing that matters is soaping and buttering process of superiors. They bring in very cheap contractors from all over who are least motivated to work and laugh at you when you actually make little effort to do so.

Not worth getting hired here at all, if you want any sort of career progression.

    Advice to Management

A lowly person like me has Nothing to say to the GODS

I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Always plenty of work. Projects are challenging.

    Cons

Their projects are complex and require solid cross-functional skills...but they pay very low rates for PM contractors. As a result, high turn-over, projects are past due and over-budget.

    Advice to Management

You get the talent you pay for.
