I worked at Wells Fargo (More than 8 years)

    Pros

401k was one of the better ones out there with a match dollar for dollar every paycheck, not on an annual basis. If you worked at Wells Fargo, you could pretty much land a job at any other bank.

    Cons

At some point in time you will be ask to sell an unreasonable amount of products to meet quotas. If you have a customer complaint against you due to product sales due to managers constantly badgering you about sales, you may be FIRED! Managers constantly asking staff "How many solutions do you have today?!" or "Hey, what could you have done better during that last interaction?! "That was an existing customer with a check card. Were you able to sell them another 3 check cards?!

Wells Fargo used to be good trying to go for "Gr-Eight" but lost its way with excessive turnover and corporate greed. They have the longest banking hours which is great for customers but bad for employees.

  3. "Good place to learn and grow but very demanding culture"
