I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

great location and the people were great to work with. sundays off also you get all holiday. dress code is easy, get to wear whatever you like which is nice. Also, salary is good

    Cons

slow advancement also your sales goals are really high and you must hit them before you go home. Usually the poeple are rude because of the long lines which is understandable. Sometime have to work on saturdays and it is the only bank that stays open until 6pm

    Pros

Get to know your customers very well which makes offering products easier. Most of the people that you work with are genuinely nice and friendly.

    Cons

Work days can go from 8am to 8pm or later, depending on meetings etc. Required to work full 8hours on Saturdays.

    Advice to Management

Each branch has it's on dichotomy between service and platform side. My words of advice are see what is working in branches that are successful in wow and sales and try to incorporate that into branches that aren't meeting those standards.

    Pros

There is always room for advancement, and if you are outperforming you're current role, they will not hesitate to promotoe you to a more challenging opportunity. Also, benefits and 401k are above-average for what other competitors are offering.

    Cons

You will constantly have somebody looking over your shoulder and micro-managing you. You can meet all of you're sales numbers for the month in one day, but they will still ride you if you don't perform the next day.

    Advice to Management

Provide more support for employees, rather than just turning up the heat on them.
