I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I started above minimum wage

    Cons

The company is built strongly behind getting the sale to the customer instead of, putting each individual's needs first.

    Advice to Management

If you have a teller, who is struggling with the sales portion of their job, helping them believe in what they are trying to sell is a more appropriate approach than saying, "If you can't make a sale then maybe this job isn't right for you.". I see the the, "old school" character building behind the idea, but people are sensitive, and professionally we have to respect that.
